  • Can I edit an order that is already purchased?

    Answer:
    If you are editing an entree for the next day please do so before our cut off time of Midnight for the change to take effect. To Edit an order: Please click on your child as if you were going to order.  Click on the day that you want to edit.  Click "Edit Meal"  A pop up box will appear that says "By clicking edit, your order has changed from confirmed to a pending status. Therefore you MUST checkout for this transaction to process." Click Close.  Please choose a different entree and check all the way out again by hitting "Update Cart." A pop up box will show that says "You successfully changed your No Fuss Lunch™ for this day"  Click Close.  YOU STILL NEED TO HIT CHECK OUT FOR THE CHANGE TO TAKE EFFECT. Please scroll down and hit Check Out.   The value of the entree you deselected is added to your account and will be applied when you check out to order the new entree. Again **Please check all the way out for the change to take effect**  
  • Is there a minimum for credit card orders?

    Answer:
    Any order less than $15.00 is subject to a .50 convenience fee.  To avoid this charge, you can order multiple meals at a time.  If you have more than one child, add meals to your lunch bag for each and then check-out once.  There's no need to check-out until you've selected meals for all your children.
  • What is your cancellation policy and procedure for snow days?

    Answer:
    In the event school is closed due to inclement weather, we extend the period to cancel from 6:00am to 10:00am.  In order to receive a credit to your account, you MUST log-in before 10:00am and cancel lunch for that day.  No Fuss Lunch cannot issue individual credits for lunches not cancelled by 10:00am due to snow days or other unscheduled school closings. 
  • How will my child find their lunch at school each day?

    Answer:

    All of our lunches are labeled with the following information:
    School – Grade - Students Name
    Printed clearly on labels that are easy to read.

    Certain schools serve the lunches so the lunch aides are there to help assist the children. Others have an area designated for No Fuss Lunch™ and the lunches are laid out by grade so even the Kindergarteners can find them.

  • How late can I place my order for the next day?

    Answer:
    We accept orders up until midnight for the following school day.  A $1 surcharge will be added to any lunch ordered the day of service over the phone, online, or at school.  No Fuss Lunch cannot guarantee that same-day orders will be available, and they will be fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis.
  • How do I print out a calendar of my children's lunch orders so they know what to expect each day for lunch?

    Answer:
    Click on MY PROFILE.  Then click on CALENDARS. This will show you a choice of printing a PDF for the month or downloading the orders to your personal calendar using the iCal function.  
  • What's in your treats?

    Answer:
    All of our treats are made from scratch with No White Flour, No White Sugar, No High Fructose Corn Syrup from non GMO ingredients. Treats are sweetened with pure maple syrup, local honey, or organic evaporated cane juice.
  • Are there treats made without gluten?

    Answer:
    Some of our treats do not contain wheat. By selecting wheat from the allergy drop down box,  your child will be offered a treat made without wheat.
  • How do I tell you about my children's allergies?

    Answer:
    When ordering please note any allergies in the notes section of your order.  Please do this every time you order, the notes do not carry over from order to order.  Please review our Allergy Disclaimer and order at your own risk.
  • How do I cancel a lunch?

    Answer:
    Orders must be cancelled by 6am on the morning of.  Thank you. To cancel your order, log in to www.nofusslunch.com and follow these steps: Step 1: Click "Order Now”. Step 2: In BOX 1 on the left side of your screen, select your first child as if you are going to place a new order, by clicking on the button ORDER/EDIT Step 3: BOX 2, in the middle of your screen will appear with a calendar. Click on the day that you want to cancel, which will be green indicating you have an order for that day. Step 4: BOX 3 will appear on the right of your screen.  At the bottom of BOX 3, click "Edit Meal".  A pop-up dialog box will appear "By clicking edit, your order has changed from confirmed to a pending status”.  Click OK and close this dialog box. Step 5: In BOX 3, scroll down and click "Cancel Meal”.  A pop-up dialog box will ask "Do you really want to delete this meal?”  Click OK.  A pop-up box will show "You successfully changed your No Fuss Lunch™ for this day".  Close the pop-up dialog box.  You have successfully cancelled this meal and you will receive an email confirmation. Repeat steps 1-7 above for each child, by clicking going back to BOX 1, and clicking on ORDER/EDIT to the right of your next child’s name.  You will receive a confirmation email for EACH child. ***You do not need to check-out*** The system auto-generates a credit for the value of the meal you cancel.  This credit will be automatically applied to your next order.
  • How can I enroll my school?

    Answer:
    Click on Enroll Your School in the upper right hand corner of our home page, and fill out our super simple school sign up form.  Upon submission, you'll receive a response from a No Fuss Lunch Mom with next steps.
